Mountain, residential and commercial architecture
In mountain architecture, we design houses, chalets, cabins and tiny houses for the cold climate of Urubici, Urupema, Rancho Queimado and the wider Santa Catarina highlands.
In residential architecture, we design high-end houses and interiors in Florianópolis, Balneário Camboriú and other cities.
In commercial and corporate architecture, we design buildings, restaurants and offices that communicate the brand and work well for the business.

Light steel frame, modular construction and SIP
Most buildings in Brazil are still built in masonry with a concrete frame. The studio specialises in industrialised systems that produce far less waste and fewer construction errors: light steel frame, modular construction and SIP panels.
As well as superior build quality, these systems mean cleaner sites, more predictable timelines and better thermal and acoustic performance. For us, it is the most sustainable and cost-effective way to deliver good architecture.

Projects developed in BIM
We work with BIM (Building Information Modeling), which brings together the geometry and information of every building element in a digital model. The architecture and engineering designs are coordinated in it, so clashes between disciplines show up before construction, not during it.
The model also provides material quantities and supports planning and budgeting, giving clients more confidence in their decisions.

Architecture projects: frequently asked questions
What is light steel frame?
It is an industrialised construction system with a structure of light galvanised steel profiles, board cladding and thermal and acoustic insulation in walls and ceilings. Construction is cleaner, more precise and faster than conventional masonry.
What is the difference between modular construction and light steel frame?
With light steel frame, the structure is assembled on site. With modular construction, the building is made in modules off-site, already finished, then transported and installed on the foundations in a few days. Modules can be built with different systems, including light steel structures.
What is BIM and how does it help people who are building?
BIM is building information modelling: a digital model with the geometry and data of every element. It allows designs to be coordinated, clashes to be detected before construction and material quantities to be measured, reducing improvisation and rework on site.
Do you work outside Florianópolis?
Yes. We have projects in Balneário Camboriú, the Santa Catarina highlands (Urubici, Urupema and Rancho Queimado) and other Brazilian states, such as Pará. Talk to our team about your site.
