Interiors — high-end residential interiors

High-end interior design for apartments and houses

Interiors that reflect the way each client lives.

Light, colour, texture and ergonomics work together. Drawing on interior design and neuroarchitecture, we create warm, functional spaces with bespoke joinery and solutions shaped around everyday life.

Interiors in Florianópolis, Balneário Camboriú and Itapema

In the Oásis Apartment in Itapema, a light palette, natural wood, a stone feature wall and lines of light set into the ceiling create a serene atmosphere to be lived in, with integrated spaces designed to host friends and family. In Balneário Camboriú, the Alma Apartment reflects a soft, traditional style, modernised in a way the clients loved. The Colinas House in Balneário Camboriú has an incredible reflecting pool that connects with the swimming pool, a distinctive link between inside and outside. The Jardim Ribeirão House welcomes people with modern, integrated architecture.

Whether it is a brand-new apartment or a property about to be renovated, the interior design starts from the residents' routine and what each room needs to offer.

Neuroarchitecture: spaces that make you feel good

Neuroarchitecture studies how space influences the brain, emotions and behaviour. Light, colour, texture, acoustics, ergonomics and contact with nature affect rest, focus and the feeling of being at home.

That is why a bedroom calls for warmer, lower light, a kitchen for good task lighting, and natural materials such as wood and stone help create calmer rooms. Architect Patrícia Chimiti specialises in interior design and neuroarchitecture.

Bespoke joinery and lighting design

In apartments, bespoke joinery makes use of corners, heights and recesses that off-the-shelf furniture would leave empty. It organises the home, hides what needs to be stored and gives the rooms a unified look, from the kitchen to wardrobes and wall panels.

Lighting is designed in layers: ambient, task and accent light, with LED profiles, coves and pendants that change the atmosphere through the day.

Detailed design, no improvisation on site

The interior design details joinery, lighting, finishes and furniture, so suppliers and builders work from the same information. That reduces improvisation, rework and budget surprises.

When the house is still to be built, the interiors are best developed together with the house design.

How your interior design project works

Every project is closely managed by our team, led by architect Patrícia Chimiti:

1. An initial conversation to understand the family's routine, style, the property, timeline and budget.
2. A preliminary design of the rooms with layouts and 3D images, so you can see the result before work starts.
3. Construction documents detailing joinery, lighting and finishes.
4. Specification of materials, finishes and furniture.
