Imagine buying a plot, preparing the foundations, landscaping and fencing and, a few days later, receiving your house, shop or office practically finished, installed on the foundations in 2 or 3 days and ready to use. This is neither utopia nor science fiction: it is real, and within everyone's reach.
How does it work?
- The building is designed by the architect, like any other project, meeting the client's functional and aesthetic requirements.
- The design is sent to a building or house manufacturer, which can use many construction systems: wood, steel, concrete… The manufacturer quotes the construction and installation.
- The client commissions the industrialised construction of the building, which usually takes 60 to 90 days on average.
- While the building is being made, the client prepares the site: foundations, walls (if any), garden and paths.
- Once the building is completely finished, with finishes, light fittings and even furniture, it is transported in modules, by truck, to the site where it will be installed.
- In a very short time the modules are put back together like Lego on the foundations, and the house is ready to use!
