Before detailing, we study what the plot allows: a massing study shows how much can be built, the best position for the building, views, sun and access. It is the starting point for the development's feasibility study.
With this basis, investors decide with more confidence and the project moves forward without unnecessary detours.

Design coordinated in BIM
In buildings, architecture, structure and services have to work together. BIM allows the disciplines to be coordinated and clashes detected before construction, and provides material quantities for budgeting and planning.
