It presents the studio, its services, projects and publications, and ways to get in touch.

Project images may be photographs of completed buildings or illustrative images such as renders and simulations. Areas, timelines, construction systems and other information are general references and may vary in each case.

The website's content is informative and does not constitute a commercial offer or quote. The scope, timeline, fees and conditions of each project are set out in a specific proposal and contract.

Projects, drawings, photographs, images, texts, videos, logos and the Chimiti Arquitetura brand are protected by Brazilian copyright law (Law No. 9,610/1998) and industrial property law (Law No. 9,279/1996). Architectural designs are the studio's intellectual works.

Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying or commercially using any content from the website without Chimiti Arquitetura's prior written permission is prohibited. You may share links to the pages and quote short excerpts, with credit and a link to the source.

Some photographs are by partner photographers and are used with permission; the rights remain with their authors. The magazine pages shown in Publications belong to the respective publications and appear as a record of the coverage of the studio's work.
